Farina Mirza assumed the role of Executive Director & VS at OTFS in July 2023, bringing with her a wealth of experience and a passion for community service. Since taking the wheel, she tried her best to revitalize the organization, instilling a renewed sense of purpose and direction. With her fresh perspective, Farina has implemented strategic initiatives to foster inclusivity within the organization and its services. Her vision aims to create a welcoming and culturally sensitive environment, reflecting the diversity of the communities served by OTFS.
As both Executive Director and Vendor Supervisor, Farina Mirza is not only a visionary leader but also an advocate for excellence in service delivery.
