Jessica, a single mother who has previously navigated the WRAP due to her son's life challenges, easily connects with and relates to other families. With five years of social work experience at the Erie County Department of Social Services, Jessica serves as our sole Family Advocate. Her genuine and sincere approach reflects her deep belief in the program's impact, and she is committed to strengthening each family she works with. Outside of her professional role, Jessica takes daily walks and volunteers at the SPCA to walk dogs several times a week. Specializing in mental health, advocating for parents and their youth, addressing substance abuse disorders, and navigating the juvenile justice and family court system are areas where Jessica brings her expertise.
