Precious Lugo, our longest-standing team member, has been with us since our inception. With over four years of experience in the system of care, she brings a wealth of knowledge. A Capricorn, personal trainer, entrepreneur, and model, Precious is deeply connected to her community, always seeking ways to give back. Growing up without her father and navigating the Juvenile Justice System as a youth, she has come full circle and now takes pride in helping those who are lost, hurting, and in need of guidance—qualities she wished for in her own past. Precious is known for her out-of-the-box thinking; in fact, she doesn't believe in boxes. She consistently employs unique and creative approaches to engage with youth.
